Sill and Paws Legal is delighted to welcome Pudding, Esq., to our team of litigators. Pudding brings a wealth of experience in standing at the door of the kitchen and looking unreasonably hopeful.
Background
Pudding was admitted to the bar, or rather to the bar stool, after completing a rigorous course of study in lying on warm paperwork. Previously, Pudding held a position as a lap at a retirement home, where the work was demanding but the cushions were excellent.

Notable Achievements
Pudding once secured a full pardon for a client accused of unspooling a toilet roll, by arguing that the roll was already unspooled when the client arrived. The court accepted this on the grounds that the roll was, in fact, unspooled.
Pudding has also developed a unique closing argument, which consists of a single, enormous yawn. Juries find it difficult to argue with.

Notes From the Archive
The firm’s own archive, a shoebox under the stairs, contains several fragments of early sill law, mostly paw prints in dust. Our archivist, a sleepy tortoiseshell named Ledger, has promised to catalogue them after a long rest. Researchers are asked to be patient and to bring snacks.
One fragment appears to read, in a tiny hand, that the sill is warmest at 3 PM and should be protected at all costs. We have framed it and hung it near the front door, where it has been walked over twice.
